Policy:
Have
a return? No worries. We offer a
"Satisfaction Guarantee" policy on all online purchases. Just ship
your purchase back in the condition you received it and with the tags on it
anytime within 35 days of the purchase, and it's all good.
If
you purchased online,
1)
Email customerservice@wildcatwearhouse.com with your name, order ID, and list
the items you wish to return. (if tag is missing, mention in email)
2) Keep
the original invoice for your records and mail the return(s) back to the
following return address:

*Shipping
fees are non-refundable. We recommend
insuring your return package and shipping via a track-able carrier method.*
*You
MUST contact Customer Service prior to mailing your return and within 35 days
of your purchase. Items mailed without
contacting Customer Service first and prior to the 35 day window will NOT
qualify for a refund or store credit*
3)
Once we receive the return package and see the item(s) are in original
condition, we will refund your account based on your original method of
payment. If you used a credit card
originally, the refund will post to that account usually around seven days
after we receive the return and process the refund.
Exchanges
are made by returning the original items and placing another order for the
correct size or color.
If we
shipped you the wrong item or an item was lost or damaged in transit, don’t
worry. Contact Customer Service immediately and we’ll do everything we can to fix the issue and refund any extra shipping charges.
If
you purchased your return at a Wildcat Wearhouse or Campus Wearhouse store,
simply return it to that store or any nearby locations with its tags and
receipt for your refund/exchange. Items
purchased in store CANNOT be returned via our website/mail-in.
